Kajal Dilip Thosani a leading natural health nutritionist founded "Health & You" in 2007. Kajal is a post-graduate in Sports Science and Nutrition from SNDT University, Mumbai. She specializes in diets for weight loss and weight gain. Her Therapeutic Diets are much sought after by people suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, heart diseases and stomach ailments. She provides specialized diets for pregnant women, young children and people engaged in sports.

Kajal provides diets which are customized and tailor-made to suite every individual. It is for this reason her expertise is constantly been sought after in the media. She has been the official Nutritionist for television reality show 'Big Boss' in Seasons 3 and 4 (Colors Channel). She has also been approached by Tv9 News Channel on New Year's Eve (2010) to seek her expert opinions on how to avoid hangovers. She has participated in a special program hosted by Sahara Samay News Channel (2011) and gave valuable advice to viewers about special dietary care to be taken during Diwali. Kajal has also done shows on radio where she consulted and guided people to fight obesity. She regularly writes nutrition related articles for newspapers.

To thicken curries or soups, add in sautéed & pureed mushrooms. This will not only thicken your curry but will also improve on the zinc, selenium and magnesium content.
